By purchasing products, range memberships, or training from Topflight Range & Firearms, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

We understand that schedules change. We will do our best to accommodate students whenever possible.

No refunds. Students may request a transfer to another class for a $25 administrative fee, subject to seat availability.
Students who fail to attend without prior notice:

If a student cannot attend, another qualified individual may attend in their place with prior approval. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before class.
Students may transfer once without penalty if requested at least 7 days before class. Additional transfers may incur a $25 administrative fee. Transfers must be used within 12 months of the original registration.

If Topflight Range & Firearms cancels a class, students may choose either a full refund or a transfer to another available class.
Topflight Range & Firearms is not responsible for hotel costs, airfare, fuel, meals, lost wages, or other travel expenses.
Safety is our highest priority. Students may be removed from any class without refund for:
